About the Author
Thich Nhat Hanh is a Zen Buddhist monk from Vietnam. He is also an author, teacher, peace activist and poet. The author has over a hundred published books, of which forty are in English. He was a nominee for the Nobel peace prize in the year 1967 and in 1991 he won the Courage of Conscience award.
