Return and Refund Policy


Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with it. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any of the reasons stated below, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy:

  • Returns are accepted only if the products are damaged or not in a brand-new condition upon delivery. Change of mind after making a purchase is NOT an eligible reason for a return.
  • If your item arrives in the above stated condition, a return must be arranged within three (3) days of you receiving the package. Returns after three (3) days of the delivery date will not be accepted.
  • Sale items are FINAL and cannot be returned.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Accessories (other than books)
  • Gift cards (physical and digital)
Return Process

  • Make sure the item(s) is securely placed in its original packaging (or any other suitable, safe packaging if the original isn’t available).
  • Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.

  • After receiving your return and inspecting the item(s), we will process your return or exchange.
  • Please allow at least seven (7) working days from when we receive your item(s), to process your return or exchange.
  • You can choose to have a full refund, store credit in the form of a coupon, or an exchange if the product is still in stock.
  • Refunds are available for all payment methods (Koko/Mintpay, CoD or online card payments).
  • Refunds can take 5-10 working days to show up in your bank account.
  • We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
