About the Author
Charles Darwin, was an English geologist and naturalist. He was commonly known for his contributions to the evolutionary theory. He had established that every species descended over time from very common ancestors. In a collaborative publication with Alfred Russel Wallace, he introduced his scientific theory that the branching pattern of evolution has resulted from a process that he named natural selection.
