How Loyalty Points work?

We love our customers! There’s no point in denying it. That’s why we are offering loyalty points for every purchase you make. That’s our way of thanking you for being a customer.

Here’s how it works.

For every Rs.100 you spend, you will earn 1 point. Every point you make equals Rs.1.

Here’s an example.

The price of the product = Rs.2,000

Points you’ll earn = 20 (Rs.2,000/100)

Points in LKR = Rs.20

For every completed order, your points will be allocated to your account. (In order for an order be completed, you need to received the order completed email.)

How to check your loyalty point balance?

Checking your available points is super easy. Log in to My Account. Then go to the Points tab. You’ll see the available points.

Do they expire?

Nope. The points you earn are yours. Not ours! We will not randomly remove them from your account after some time. You’re welcome to use them whenever you’re ready. It could be tomorrow or 2247. They’ll still be there.

What about your previous orders before the loyalty program?

We have calculated points for every completed order since the beginning of our business. What did you think? That we would forget our most loyal customers?
